Cookies
What are cookies? Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site uses Cookiebot to collect and manage preferences, NEXT_LOCALE to remember the language, Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the ‘Become a partner’ and ‘Become an official point’ forms to prevent abusive submissions, and Google Maps on the installations page. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is intended for statistics only after statistics consent. GA4 may use user and session identifiers; these data are not anonymous.
Findings of the Cookiebot scan dated 6 August 2026. The lifetimes below describe that scan and do not certify current behaviour or behaviour after accepting statistics cookies.
| Name | Service | Observed lifetime | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| CookieConsent | Cookiebot | 1 month | Consent preferences |
| NEXT_LOCALE | AmpereOne | Session | Selected language (IT/EN/EL) |
| rc::a | Google reCAPTCHA | Persistent | Protecting forms against abusive submissions |
| rc::c | Google reCAPTCHA | Session | Protecting forms against abusive submissions |
In the same scan, _ga and _ga_# were listed as removed cookies; this does not establish which cookies GA4 sets today after consent. The presence and lifetime of statistics cookies need to be checked again after rejection and acceptance. Google Maps may process technical data when you load the map; the scan does not establish an exhaustive list of its possible cookies here.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) loads the site’s tags after statistics consent; the individual services depend on the container configuration, which requires an audit. Cookies set by those tags depend on that configuration; the 6 August 2026 scan does not establish their current list. Google specifies a default lifetime of 2 years for GA4 cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id> (shown as _ga_# in the scan); settings can change this lifetime, which has not been verified for this site. Google reCAPTCHA may also set the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie when executed; it was not among the cookies listed in the historical scan, and its lifetime on this site has not been verified.
Managing consent: in the Cookiebot banner you can accept, reject or select optional categories. The ‘Manage cookie preferences’ link in the footer reopens the panel so you can change or withdraw your choice. The functional NEXT_LOCALE cookie is not deleted when you withdraw statistics consent.
