  • Responding to user requests: when you contact us through the site forms, chat, or app, we use your data to provide support, information about our services, quotes, or to handle partnership inquiries.
  • Providing the features of the website and the app: your data is necessary to allow you to browse the site, register, rent a Power bank, view available stations, and use all the features of the service.

  • Communicating with the user for informational or support purposes: we may send you communications regarding your account, service updates, notifications about ongoing rentals, or information on station availability.

4. Electronic Communications

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with applicable law, using the data provided by the user to send information, updates, promotions or communications. The user may object at any time to receiving such communications.

5. Legal Basis

The processing of data is based on the following legal grounds:

  • Public authorities: exclusively in cases provided by law or upon order of the competent authorities.

All our providers are carefully selected and bound by contracts that ensure the protection of your data in compliance with the GDPR.

At the end of the retention periods, data is deleted or permanently anonymized.

8. User Rights

The GDPR grants you a range of rights over your personal data. Here is what you can do in practice:

  • Access: you can know at any time what personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
  • Rectification: if your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request its correction or update.
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten): you can request the deletion of your data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you have withdrawn your consent.
  • Restriction: you can request that the processing of your data be restricted, for example while we verify the accuracy of the data or the exercise of one of your rights.
  • Objection: you can object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
  • Portability: you can receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller, if the processing is based on consent or a contract.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@ampereone.it. We will respond within 30 days, as required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the law.
